Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty Terms At Leaders Chairs, we strive to provide high-quality products that guarantee long-lasting comfort. To benefit from the warranty, please review the following terms:
Eligibility Conditions
Condition 1: The original invoice from our showrooms or contact through the same phone number or email used in the electronic order invoice.
Condition 2: The warranty does not cover misuse or damage to the product after assembly or opening.
⚙️ Condition 3: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect assembly or failure to follow proper assembly instructions.
️ Condition 4: The warranty covers the hydraulic gas piston of office chairs only in the event of malfunction (does not include breakage) for 6 months from the date of purchase.
⚠️ Note: The warranty does not include shipping fees.
Proof of Condition
The customer must provide proof of damage with a video showing all parts clearly from the moment of unboxing.
How to Claim the Warranty
Contact us via WhatsApp if the defect is confirmed.
Send a video showing the defect to get approval and receive a free replacement piston (shipping fees are excluded).
Return and Exchange Policy
At Leaders Chairs, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction, offering you a flexible and clear return and exchange policy:
General Conditions
The original invoice or order number and the phone number used for purchase must be available.
The product must be in its original condition and unopened, never used.
Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
⚠️ No returns on products that were shipped with assembly service or have been opened and used outside their original packaging.
Return and Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return costs as follows:
- 100 (Outbound) per package.
- 100 (Inbound) per package.
- Electronic payment fees apply if canceled after processing and shipping.
- If the product is received and is not defective, the customer is responsible for returning it to the company address (Riyadh) after contacting us via WhatsApp.
- The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the electronic payment fees and shipping costs (both outbound and inbound) within 7 business days of receiving the returned product and verifying its original condition.
Cases of Incorrect Products
⚠️ If the customer receives a product that does not match the specifications or color mentioned on the Leaders Chairs website, the company will cover the full return cost and refund the full amount.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Electronic Payment Channel Fees
Electronic payment fees are as follows:
- Mada: 2.5% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days.
- Credit Cards (Visa - MasterCard - STC Pay): 4% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days.
- Installments (Tabby / Tamara / MISPAY / Madfooat / Emkan): 10% of the invoice or order value within 14 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, or by any method deemed appropriate by the company to ensure quick execution.

The user assumes full responsibility for any damage or risk resulting from misuse of the products.
Leaders Chairs is not legally or financially liable for any damages caused by incorrect use.
